Benjamin Kugel, brought in at Flick’s request, has been highly demanding and focused on personalised training plans, with his impact already visible across the squad. The squad covered 120 km against Feyenoord, 6.3km more than the Dutch side (113.7km), a major improvement compared to previous seasons. For context, Barça covered just 112km against Atlético in their final Champions League game last season, while Atlético ran 118km.
