THE FPS/STUTTER Fix *UPDATED With extra fps enhancement*
This made my game and thousands of others games run SOOO much better, increased fps by at least 50% for most and reduced stuttering. Have Fun!
1 - Go to : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\Binaries\SETTINGS (If this is not where you installed No Man's Sky then find where you did install it and go here)
2 - Open the file named (TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.MXML) you can use notepad or any text editing program of your choice.
3 - Find (<Property name="GSync" value="false" />) and where it says "true" set it to "false".
"This should provide a massive decrease in stuttering and a great increase in FPS, pass this along and help out your fellow players!"
*UPDATE 1* To help better run the game try playing in borderless windowed mode (this also allows you to alt-tab properly) and disable Vsync, you can actual disable Vsync while you are disabling Gsync within that file.
***UPDATE 2***
For those of you on Nvidia cards download this driver as well for a massive increase added on to this fix as well: https://developer.nvidia.com/opengl-driver
